abstract

in a competitive market, timely production and speed of response to orders, also flexibility of manufacturing companies to production of various products required by customers is necessary. production companies to survive in the market, must be able to deliver their products with the use of all factors of production. for this purpose, one of the most challenging factors of production, keeping ready equipment for manufacturing and delivery of orders. for this job, methods and systems maintenance (cmms) are not able to respond to this need. therefore, it is necessary agility of these systems. one of the most common maintenance strategies in recent decades, is total productive maintenance (tpm) to keep ready equipment, as well as interesting method for organizations. tpm using the principles and practical elements of availability, increases equipment reliability. in this research, after identifying and prioritizing all the principles and pillars of tpm and the concepts of agility in the of production organization with experts, and determining the relationships between factors and their impact, their impact on organizational agility ranked by factor review and their prioritize.
